I’m a teacher, librarian, writer, and mother who loves research, travel, and discovery. I happily explore places near and far from home–usually with my three kids in tow.

I’ve lived in Ohio, Utah, Austria, England, Illinois, North Carolina, California, Wisconsin, and Germany (in that order), but my current home is Austin, Texas.
